# Bmc ke khud ke kaam dekh lijiye: Damaged Road/Footpath

Bathinda Corporation, Bmc, के काम देख लीजिए। हमारी पेपर/लोटरी मार्केट में से होकर जो रास्ता/सड़क मुख्य सड़क (अमरीक सिंह रोड ) की और जाता है, उसमें एक बहुत बड़ा खड्डा सा है। इतना बड़ा की कार भी उसमें से फंस कर निकलती नहीं।
उसकी कुछ फोटो देखिए, काम कुछ भी नहीं है, लेकिन वो करने को तयार ही नहीं हैं। बहाना यह है की साथ वाला दुकानदार नहीं करने देता:

उसके हम अनगिनत बार कम्प्लैन्ट कर चुके हैं। लेकिन हर बार कम्प्लैन्टस को बिना कुछ किए पेपर पर भी रीज़ाल्व दिखा कर बंद कर दिया जाता है (यह वही कम्प्लैन्टस हैं, जिनका डेप्यूटी मैअर के साथ हुई मेरी बहस में मैं बार बार जिक्र कर रहा हूँ)।

उसके बाद जब कुछ हाल नहीं हुआ तो इसका जो इन-चार्ज है, जिस JE-Works की यह जिम्मेवारी बनती है, वो कॉर्पोरेशन के ऑफिस में सेकंड फ्लोर पर बैठता है, (लेकिन कागजों में ही बैठता है, मिलता कभी नहीं, और न ही ऑफिस से बाहर जाते टाइम किसी ऑफिस डायरी में कोई जिक्र करता है), वो जब नहीं मिला तो आखिर उसने एक दिन फोन उठा लिया और मेरे कहने पर मोका देख गया। उसकी पहली रिकॉर्डिंग:

और उसके बाद जब उसने 1 दिन कह कर 2-3 दिन कोई काम नहीं किया तो मैंने उसको फोन किया और उसने जबाब दिया की वहाँ एक दुकानदार उस काम में अड़ंगा लगा रहा है तो मैंने उससे कहा की एक दुकानदार क्या करेगा जब वो जगह कॉर्पोरेशन की है और लोगों को दिक्कत हो रही है, तो उसने कहा की वो आएगा और फिर देखेंगे। इस बात को अब 15 दिन से लेकर 1 महिना तक हो चुका है, और अब न वो मिलता है, न फोन उठाता है, और न ही मेरे किसी व्हाट्सअप का जबाब देता है। अब मैं किसी दिन डीसी साहब से मिलने जाऊंगा और फिर देखते हैं की क्या होता है। बहुत ही जाली सिस्टम है कॉर्पोरेशन का।

इसी बात की कम्प्लैन्ट जब मैंने उनकी कॉर्पोरेशन के आरटीआई ऑफिसर को की (जिसका नंबर उन्होंने आरटीआई पोर्टल पर दे रखा है), का जबाब भी सुन लीजिए, वो खुद ही कह रही हैं की यहाँ न राजेश je, न ही कोई और, किसी से भी डरता है:

The above road was finally fixed by corporation employees.
