For this you need to get an affidavit typed in courts and get it attested from judicial/executive magistrate (i.e. you’ve to submit the affidavit at Suvidha Center Single window and they’ll get it delivered almost next day).

That’s called Upper Caste Income Certificate (needed for jobs for higher castes).
