_ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਖੋਰੀ ਚ ਵਧ ਰਿਹਾ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਦਾ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ_  
ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਫਰਜ਼ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਵਫਾਦਾਰ ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਮੁਆਫ਼ੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਪਰ ਅਸਲ ਸਚਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਪਰਦਾ ਚੁੱਕਣਾ ਵੀ ਮੇਰਾ ਫਰਜ ਹੈ ।  
ਅੱਜਕਲ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਦਾ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਖੋਰੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਮੁਨਾਫੇ ਦਾ ਧੰਦਾ ਬਣ ਚੁਕਾ ਹੈ। ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਭੋਲੇ ਭਾਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਗੋਰਖਧੰਦੇ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੱਕੜਜਾਲ ਚ ਫਸਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠੇ ਕੁੱਝ ਲਾਲਚੀ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੇ RMP ਜਾਂ ਝੋਲਾਛਾਪ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਚੱਕਰ ਚ ਲੁੱਟ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ। ਛੋਟੀ ਜਿਹੀ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਤਰਨਾਕ ਦੱਸ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਥੇ ਓਹਨਾ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਵੱਡੇ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦੇ ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੈਟਿੰਗ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਚ ਦਾਖਿਲ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੀ ਮਰੀਜ ਦੀ ਲੁੱਟ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲੁੱਟ ਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੇ ਭਾਗੀਦਾਰ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਨੇ ਅੰਬੂਲੈਂਸ ਵਾਲ਼ੇ। ਅੰਬੂਲੈਂਸ ਵਾਲੇ ਵੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਨਾਲ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਚੱਕਰ ਚ ਖੁਦ ਮਰੀਜ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੈਟਿੰਗ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਚ ਛੱਡ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨੇ। ਛੋਟੀ ਜਿਹੀ ਮਾਮੂਲੀ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਟੈਸਟ ਲਿਖ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਟੈਸਟਾਂ ਚ ਵੀ ਕਈ ਗੁਣਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਥੋੜੇ ਜਿਹੇ ਪੈਸਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਠੀਕ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਕਈ ਕਈ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਦੇ ਬਿੱਲ ਬਣਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨੇ।  
ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਚ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੇਸ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਕਿ ਮਰੀਜ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਬੂਲੈਂਸ ਵਾਲ਼ੇ ਨੇ ਜਾਂ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ RMP ਡਾਕਟਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਸੇ _ਖਾਸ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ_ ਚ ਦਾਖਿਲ ਕਰਾਇਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਥੇ ਉਸ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਇਲਾਜ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਉਹ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਸਿਰਫ RMP ਡਾਕਟਰ ਜਾਂ ਅੰਬੂਲੈਂਸ ਚਾਲਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਦੌਲਤ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਚ ਰੋਜਾਨਾ OPD ਨਾ ਮਾਤਰ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਦੇਖਣ ਚ ਆਇਆ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਖੋਲ੍ਹੇ ਹੋਏ ਨੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਖੋਲਣ ਦਾ ਤਜਰਬਾ। ਬਸ ਕੋਠੀ ਕਿਰਾਏ ਤੇ ਲਈ ਤੇ ਖੋਲਤਾ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ, ਉਸਤੋ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੈਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਅੰਬੂਲੈਂਸ ਚਾਲਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ। ਜੋ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਚ ਮਰੀਜ ਭੇਜਦੇ ਨੇ।  
ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਗੌਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਜਰੂਰਤ ਹੈ।  
ਮੇਸਜ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਹਰੇਕ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਦਾ ਕਰੋ।

इन कामों के लिए बहुत टाईम और मेहनत चाहिए।

प्रॉब्लम उस वक़्त और हो जाती है जब इसमें कुछ ग़लत लोग घुस जाते हैं और उनसे सही लोगों की भी बदनामी होती है।
