पंजाब में कोई हाइयर अथॉरिटी नहीं है।

अमरिंदेर सिंह जाता जाता पंजाब के 5 वर्ष बर्बाद कर गया।

Utter chaos in Punjab.  
Buses have crushed many before also. But no body bothers because all big houses of Punjab own buses. If they raise fingers at each other, they all will suffer.

Also, Bus stand is a big issue in Bathinda which should go out of the city. (although not much related to this incident today).
