शहर की एक प्रॉपर्टी हाउस नंबर 46, कमला नेहरू कॉलोनी, बठिंडा, जिस में बिजली का मीटर अकाउंट नंबर 3001619699 का बकाया बिल लगभग 74000/- होने के बावजूद पीएसपीसीएल के अधिकारी उससे बाहर ही बाहर से पैसे ले जाते हैं। जिस वजह से उससे ना तो बिल भरबातें हैं और ना ही कनेक्शन काट रहे हैं।

अगर यही कोई गरीब बंदे का बिल होता तो पता नहीं कितना जुर्माना लगाते उसको/उस पर।

क्या हाल है यार गवर्नमेंट का।

How is this possible?  
These days they are so strict that even once our neighbor hadn’t paid his just 2nd or 3rd bill, amounting somewhere around 25k, and yet they came to disconnect his power, and even without cutting, they took a ‘Re-connection’ fees from him.

I really am surprised at this.
