Pspcl के किसी न किसी व्यक्ती की जिम्मेदारी फ़िक्स करके (जो भी उस गली का इनचार्ज हो जिस गली के पानी में करंट आया है) उसके ऊपर मर्डर का केस लॉज होना चाहिए।
