जहां ओवर ब्रिज शुरू होता है। जहां ट्रोलिस भार लेकर रुकती हैं।  
वहाँ किसी ने यह कई वर्षो से यूं ही कन्स्ट्रकशन करके सरकारी जगह रोक रखी है।

The city has innumerable such encroachments.

No body has bothered in all these years.
