I think very many Indian cities suffer from this.

Or if not rain, then they suffer from drought.

mere khyaal se pichle 50 varshon se kisi bhi government ke pollitical ya non political officers ne khud ko ameer banane ke ilawa kabhi kuch nahin kiya.

aur us chakkar mein unko contractors ko bhi khilana padta tha, khud khaane ke liye.  
isliye contractor kabhi koi kaam theek se nahin karte the. ab social media ki power ne kuch theek karna shuru kiya hai.
