![image](https://www.bathindahelper.com/uploads/default/original/2X/8/8b4c540ddf85d97d4b39f7a750cc76bbedbc767c.jpeg) कल रात को शाम ढाबे पर Gurwinder Sharma, जो की मेरे दोस्तों में से एक हैं, बठिंडा के एक समाज सेवक, और शाम ढाबे पर फिर से लड़ाई हो गई। हालांकि मुझे लड़ाई होने के कारण अभी मालूम नहीं, लेकिन gurwinder ने यह रिपोर्ट लिखवानी चाही है की उस पर ढाबे वालों ने जान लेवा हमला कीया है। और इस बात से मैं कतई सहमत नहीं। कोई भी शॉप कीपर अपने खुद के अड्डे पर किसी पर जान लेव हमला नहीं कर सकता। शाम ढाबे वाले एक बनिया बंदे हैं, जो अपने बिजनस को पहल देते हैं। हालांकि वो किसी ग्राहक को जान से मारने की चेष्टा बिल्कुल नहीं करेंगे, वो भी तब, जब सारी दुनिया वहाँ देख रही है। और जिसको वो जान से मारना चाहते हैं, उनको वो जानते नहीं। क्यूँ मारेंगे वो जान से? अगर वो यूं gurwinder को जान से मारने की चेष्टा कर सकते हैं, तो फिर वो अपने दुश्मनों का तो पता नहीं क्या हाल करते होंगे। लेकिन आज तक ऐसा एक भी केस नहीं सुन, जिसमें उन्होंने अपने दुश्मनों का बुरा हाल किया हो। हाँ ऐसे बहुत केस हो चुके हैं जिनमें लोगों ने उन पर यह कह कर अटैक किए हैं की वो बहुत ही रूखे हैं और उनका व्यवहार बहुत ही कड़वा है। ऐसी बहुत सी पोस्ट सोशल मीडिया पर घूमती रहती हैं। और निश्चित ही सभी पोस्ट्स को हम नफरत से प्रेरित कह कर इग्नोर नहीं कर सकते। बल्कि मैं तो कहूँगा की शुरू शुरू में मैं खुद भी उनकी रुखाई का शिकार हो चुका हूँ। लेकिन इसके साथ यह भी मानना पड़ेगा की कुछ बिजनस ऐसे हैं, जैसे की ढाबा, रेस्टोरेंट, होटल, बस ड्राइवर, या कहीं भी और जहाँ रोज रोज ढेरों नए लोग आते हों, वहाँ पर 2 ही हालात बनते हैं, या तो ढील देकर वहाँ असत व्यस्त जैसे अपना बिजनस चलाओ। या फिर सख्ती दिखा कर किसी को कुसकने न दो। और मैं दूसरे तरीके का पक्षधर हूँ। मैंने भी होटल चलाया है। मुझे भी लोग बहुत रूखा समझते और कहते थे। लेकिन मैं जानता था की जिसके साथ भी मैं हंस कर प्यार से पेश आता था, वो कोई न कोई नियम तोड़ने के लिए तयार हो जाता था। जैसे की सिर्फ एक बार, सिर्फ एक ऐसे कस्टमर के साथ मैंने एक ह्विस्की का पेग शेयर किया था, जो की वहाँ बहुत देर रहा था। लेकिन उसी पेग के कारण उस रात उसने होटल में खूब शोर मचाया और गेस्ट्स को परेशान किया। लेकिन मैं क्यूंकी उसके साथ बैठ कर ड्रिंक किया था, उसको कुछ कह नहीं पाया। कहने का मतलब यह है की आपने अपना बिजनस कैसे चलाना है, रूखा लेकिन अनुशासहित या फिर ढीला, प्यार से लेकिन बिना किसी नियम कानून के। यह आपकी मर्जी है और कोई दूसरा यह फैसला आप पर थोप नहीं सकता (जब तक की आप कोई कानून न तोड़ते हों)। और बहुत सी चीजें, दूर से देखने से तो और लगती हैं, लेकिन जिनके साथ प्रैक्टिकल होता है, उनको बेहतर मालूम होता है। जो उन्होंने ड्राइवर के साथ न बैठने वाला रूल बनाया है, वो रूल शुरू में नहीं था। उस रूल की जरूरत क्यूँ हुई होगी, इसके अंदाजे जीतने मर्जी लगाते रहिए, लेकिन सच सिर्फ उनको ही मालूम है। और उनको इसके नुकसान भी मालूम होंगे, लेकिन निश्चित ही फायदे अधिक होंगे, वरना वो रूल कब का वहाँ से हट गया होगा। और अंत में, मार्केट फोर्सेस कुदरत की एक ऐसी चीज है, जिसको कोई चैलेंज नहीं कर सकता। अगर वो बुरे अधिक हैं, तो वो फैल होकर रहेंगे। और अगर उनका खाना उनके व्यवहार से ज्यादा अच्छा है, तो उनको कामयाब होने से कोई नहीं रोक सकता, लोग सोशल मीडिया पर कितना ही शोर क्यूँ न मचाएं। बॉबी जोफ़न #shamdhaba #sham dhaba #shyam dhaba ---

I was also trying to express my views on this topic but flow of the public is in one direction which is against my views so I didn’t comment earlier on this topic. Mr. Gurwinder Sharma seems a good social worker. I follow him on social media networks too. But don’t know somewhere in this case it seems that he needs some public attention in this stir. Jaanleva hamla agar hua hai toh… Kisi ne to shuruwaat ki hogi… Kisi ne to Shyam dhaba walon ko bhi provoke Kiya Hoga… I know they are a little rude… But apni baat par addigg rehte hein wo… ---

जब कोई झगड़ा होता है तो कोई लिमिट नहीं होती.. शुरूवात हमेशा एक छोटी सी बात से ही होती है.. कल चाहे उन्हें कुछ हुआ नहीं लेकिन इसका यह मतलब नहीं कि इससे Jayda हो ही नहीं सकता था ---

आपने जो उपेर स्क्रीन शॉट भेजा है, उसमें भी तो मैंने यही कहा है की जान से मारना वाली बात नही जँचती? क्यूँ वो जरा से झगड़े में, फूल पब्लिक के सामने, किसी को जान से मारेंगे? और क्यूँ जान से मारे जाने से पहले ही वो आदमी, जिस पर अटैक हो रहा है, वहाँ से भाग नहीं जाएगा? ---

बाबी जी आपकी पोस्ट मैने फेसबुक पर पढी जिसमे आपने शाम‌ ढाबे वालो का पक्ष लिया है , बहुत दुख हुआ कि आपने अपने हिसाब से उनको बरी कर दिया ! कल शाम‌ को‌ समाज सेवक मनीष पांधी अपनी पत्नी सहित रात को खाना खाने शाम ढाबे पर गये तो ढाबे के मालिक ने गुरविंन्दर द्वारा डराईवरो के पक्ष मे उठाए गये कदम‌ के बारे मनीष से गाली गलोच शुरु कर दिया तो मनीष ने गुरविन्दर को ढाबे पर बुलाया , गुरविन्दर ने कहा कि जब ये बात खत्म हो गयी है तो अब इस बात पर झगङा क्यु‌? तो ढाबे के मालिक का‌ लङका जिसकी आयु माञ 18 साल है ने गाली गलोच शुरु कर दिया ओर मनीष पांधी की बीवी का हाथ पकङ कर ढाबे से बाहर कर दिया ओर उन दोनो पर हमला कर दिया। ये सारी हकीकत अब आप बताओ‌ की दोषी कोन हुआ ? ---

अब किसी ने कुछ लिखा, और उसका शाम ढाबे वालों ने क्या जबाब दिया, वो इस टॉपिक का विषय थोड़े न है। इस टॉपिक का विषय तो यह था की शाम ढाबे वालों gurwinder को जान से मारने की कोशिश की था या नहीं। ---

it was not good what is happening. there is mistake of both the party. i still remember when they have shop opposite rose garden zada space nahi thi maximum 10\*30 ki hogi , but 2-3 year me business kaha se kaha aa gaya . inke new driver wale law ke karan lagta hai , How they Have Changed over politeness to Hard Words . ---

its a opinion, which might be right…Actually Mr. Gurwinder has such image (As a social worker), that prima facie he seems right…But this angle should also be main point. Here are some points, as so far to write “Drivers are not allowed”, I am still on a view, that’s a business call, and its their right , how they run their business, and what rules they make, unless its unlawful and antisocial (upto some extent). Secondly to attack, someone is totally unjustified and unlawful esp. someone with family Thirdly as so far their rudeness is concerned, and many people narrate this, I have been a regular visitor to this Dhaba, but I have never needed to talk to owner, so their rudeness is never witnessed by me. Its a simple process, I go, order food, have it, bill is produced, I pay and exit, so where their rudeness is encountered and why? Might consequences be like this:- Mr. Gurwinder has objected on the board, and obvious Dhaba owner would have reacted, and this might have turned in to fight controversy ---

Sir, I don’t know who is telling the truth and who is just aggravating the entire situation, but I do feel we should not take sides before listening to flow of events from both sides. Your post is, according to me, in line to my views, hence I support the views. Also, I believe no matter what, no mentally sound businessman would like to create a scenario where he is attacking and hitting his customers without being provoked. But it is being seen that most of us just listen to one side and make our decisions, which we should avoid. Gurvinder sir is a very hardworking social worker and he works a lot for betterment of needy people but he is human and sometimes he also tends to force his views on others…but that’s not a bad quality…He propagates what he believes but sometimes the other party takes it to be dominating and imposing. I have gone a few times to Shri Shyam Dhaba but as my visits are very rare, I can’t comment on their behaviour, yes their food quality is good, that’s for sure.. Hope this doesn’t goes beyond this and it ends peacefully.. ---
