14 नवम्बर 2011 को श्रीमती स्वदेश शर्मा मंत्री देव समाज चंडीगढ़ ने तथा श्रीमान विकास देव जी ने श्री निर्मल सिंह ढिल्लो के खिलाफ तत्कालीन राज्यपाल चंडीगढ़ को शिकायत भेजी थी कि निर्मल सिंह आतंकवादी है । ---

I Alka, from Bathinda Punjab, seek help from all fellow Indians to save us from the 'TERROR UNLEASHED ’ against us by the powerful Dhillon-Mangat family of Chandigarh headed by Niramal Singh Dhillon, his daughter Agnese Kaur Dhillon, her daughter and son in law Manvinder Singh Mangat and other family members directly and also with help of Davinder Singh Dhillon of Multania road Bathinda, Palvinder Singh of Ferozepur, etc who are threatening us everyday even my children, committing robberies with OPEN support of BATHINDA ADMINISTRATION from a long time specially from 23 Jan 2019. We have written dozens of Emails to Capt Amarinder Singh ji, explaining everything and clearly explaining about CCTV, Phone calls and other proof available with us against the Dhillons but his office merely forwards them to DGP Dinkar Gupta Ji, whose office then forwards it further. But inspite of more than two months of regular complaints NO ACTION whatsoever has been taken agaist these persons. The Bathinda administration is well aware of all the facts but no action has been taken against the dhillons? Why ? They are rich and influential. Or there are some other reasons too? Surely there are. I will discuss them in my next post. ---

ढिल्लों - मांगट परिवार का हेड निर्मल सिंह ढिल्लों है, यह इंसान पंजाब के बहुसंख्यक समाज से सम्बन्ध रखता है l ये ट्रेन में देव समाज के किसी प्रचारक को मिला, बातचीत में इसे पता लग गया की देव समाज के अनुयायी तो कम हैं पर प्रॉपर्टी बहुत है। बस यहीं से इस की प्लानिंग शुरू हो गयी, यह देव समाज के प्रबंध में तो शामिल हो गया पर जायदाद हड़पने में कामयाब नहीं हो पा रहा था l सो, 1995 में इसने फरीदाबाद में बंदूख के जोर पर उस समय के सेक्रेटरी श्री विकास देव जी से अस्तीफा ले लिया, वे पढ़े लिखे इंसान थे सो उन्होंने अस्तीफ़े में शब्द 'Under Duress ’ लिख दिया जो इसे समझ नहीं आया और इस ने उन्हें भगा दिया l बाद में देव समाज के लोग उन्हें वापिस ले आये और फरीदाबाद कोर्ट में 247 of 1995 मुकदमा दायर किया गया जिस में विकास देव जी को स्टे मिला और निर्मल सिंह ढिल्लों की अपील्स ऊपर की अदालतों में ख़ारिज हो गयी और अंत में 1995-96 में निर्मल सिंह ढिल्लों देव समाज छोड़ कर चला गया l ---
