उनके पास सारा रिकार्ड होता है। होना ही चाहिए। वरना उनको यह काल सेंटर बंद कर देने चाहियें।  
वहाँ जब यह कल्चर की शुरात हो चुकी है तो अक्सर वो गालियाँ निकालते होंगे, की कोई उनका क्या कर लेगा।

सारे स्टाफ को जब डिस्मिस करेंगे तो वो खुद ही बता देंगे की उनके बीच ये लड़के हैं जो ऐसे करते हैं।

हल हरेक बात का होता है, अगर कोई करना चाहे। पर पंजाब गवर्नमेंट तो शिमला में बैठी रहती है, करेगा कौन?

एक वार गर्मियों में लाइट चली गयी रात को 2 वजे का टाइम था। wife ने 1912 पर कॉल की। तो उन्होंने कहा लाइट एक घंटे बाद आएगी पर उसके बाद उस executive ने 5 मिनट बाद गलत मंशा से अपने personal नंबर से फोन किया। हमने भी complaint की थी पर कोई सुनवाई नही हुयी

यही जब बादल सरकार थी तो इस नम्बर से 3 बार काल आती थी की आप की लाइट ठीक हो गई क्या , और बहुत ही इज्जत से वो बात करते थे।
