Sh Charan Dass Goyal (Retd Primary Education Officer), age around 75 years, जिनकी बीमारी की बजह से यादश्त चली गयी है, (suffering from dementia/ Parkinson disease, आज 26.5.19 को सुबह 9.30 बजे अपने घर (स्ट्रीट नंबर 4, पावर हाउस रोड, भटिंडा) से बच्चों से खेलते खेलते घर से चले गए हैं।
