जैसे की: Key “B” Vehicle Types and Examples
Cars and Jeeps: Maruti Gypsy, Tata Safari Storme, Mahindra Scorpio.
Light Motor Vehicles: Vehicles in the 1–2.5 tonne range, such as the Tata LPTA 713.
Trucks/Lorries: Ashok Leyland Stallion (3–5 tonnes) and other Multi-Axle 6x6 or 8x8 vehicles.
Specialized Vehicles: Ambulances, recovery vehicles, and armoured variants like the Kalyani M4 or Tata MPV.

Job Summary
The Electrician Fitter – B Vehicle will be responsible for electrical maintenance, inspection,
fault diagnosis and repair of B category vehicles. The role requires technical expertise in
vehicle electrical systems and adherence to safety and discipline norms.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
• Electrical maintenance and repair of B category vehicles
• Inspection and fault diagnosis of vehicle electrical systems
• Repair and replacement of wiring, lights, battery, alternator, starter, horn and indicators
• Routine checking of electrical components to ensure smooth operation
• Following instructions issued by the officer-in-charge or unit authority
• Ensuring safety standards and discipline at the workplace
• Maintaining attendance during assigned duty hours
• Reporting faults and maintenance status to the concerned authority
Educational Qualification
• ITI Pass in Electrician / Fitter / Automobile Electrician trade
Experience
• Relevant practical experience in vehicle electrical maintenance (preferred)
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Physically and mentally fit
• Police verification mandatory
• Valid Aadhaar Card / Voter ID
• Active bank account for salary disbursement
Statutory Compliance
EPF, ESIC and minimum wages will be applicable as per Government of India norms. The
